Call for Abstracts and Submission Guidelines

Call for Abstracts

Abstracts of scientific communications will be peer-reviewed by the Scientific Committee and distributed in electronic version to all symposium attendants.

Please note that payment is not mandatory at this stage. However, abstracts will be considered for communications only if the full payment of the registration fee has been delivered.

Participants wishing to contribute with an oral, flash and poster presentations should submit their abstract before October 15, 2023.

The preference between oral or poster presentation should be indicated by the applicant using the first page of the “Abstract Template” given at this link: Abstract_Template.doc

The second page of the same Word file will be used to follow the adopted formatting rules.

All abstracts will be reviewed by the members of the Scientific Committee and a message informing the authors about the acceptance for oral communication will be sent no later than October 30, 2023.

Poster Guidelines

The maximum allowed poster size is: 80 cm wide and 110 cm high, in portrait format (no landscape). A poster number will be assigned to each abstract and will be announced to the presenter, along with the day of presentation.

Poster presenters are responsible for setting up and removing the posters.

Oral and Flash Communications Guidelines

Oral presentations: 15 minutes including the time for questions (12 + 3 min).

Flash presentations: 5 minutes with no question.
