The fourth edition of the Italian Flow Chemistry Symposium will be held at the historic Sala dei Notari, where the opening ceremony will take place, and at the University of Perugia, both located in the heart of the city of Perugia.

Sala dei Notari
The Sala dei Notari is one of Perugia's most iconic historic landmarks, located within the Palazzo dei Priori and accessed from Piazza IV Novembre. Reached via a grand staircase guarded by the city's symbolic Griffin and Lion, this magnificent medieval hall is renowned for its eight large Gothic arches, beautifully restored frescoes, and the heraldic coats of arms that adorn its walls.

Arriving by train
The main railway station, Perugia Fontivegge, is located approximately 2.5 km from the historic city center and is well connected to the main Italian cities through regional and high-speed train services (with connections via Florence, Rome, and Milan). The station is connected to the city center by the Minimetrò, local buses, and taxis. Arriving by plane
The nearest airport is Perugia San Francesco d'Assisi – Umbria International Airport (PEG), located approximately 12 km from the city center. The airport offers domestic and international flights and is connected to Perugia by taxi, bus, and car rental services. Bus: The Umbria Airlink bus service connects the airport with Perugia Fontivegge railway station and the city center. The journey takes approximately 30-40 minutes. Car rental: Several major car rental companies operate at the airport, offering a convenient option for visitors planning to explore the Umbria region.
Alternatively, visitors may consider flying into Rome Fiumicino Airport (FCO) or Florence Airport (FLR), both of which offer convenient train and bus connections to Perugia.
Arriving by car
Perugia is easily accessible via the E45 highway, which connects the city with Cesena to the north and Roma (A1)/Terni to the south. The historic city center is a Limited Traffic Zone (ZTL), and access by private vehicles is restricted.
Several public parking facilities are available around the city center, including Piazza Partigiani, Sant'Antonio, Pellini, and Ripa di Meana parking garages. These are connected to the historic center by escalators or the Minimetrò. Most parking facilities charge hourly or daily rates. Visitors staying at hotels are encouraged to check whether on-site parking or discounted parking options are available.
